Jayne has been a personal trainer at the Mukwonago Athletic Club since 2009. She is also a NETA certified Group Fitness Instructor, Total Body Conditioning, Kickboxing, Smart Cycle Instructor, and Kettlebell Instructor. Besides group fitness and one-on-one training, she regularly instructs indoor cycling and kickboxing at the MAC.

“When I turned 40 years old, I realized it was time to make a lifestyle change. I spent three quarters of my life overweight and physically unfit, so it wasn’t easy, but I started eating healthy and joined the MAC. I realized that being healthy isn’t a destination; it’s a wonderful journey including completing ½ marathons, a full marathon, 90 mile bike race, triathlons, & duathlons. Things I would have never considered doing the first half of my life. Fitness is very important to me, but so are my full time job, husband, kids, and grandkids. Yes, I’m a Granny and proud of it. I look forward to being healthy and fit to play with my grandkids. As a trainer, I hope I’m able to motivate members to improve their lives for the sake of their health. It’s never too late to get started on a healthier path!”
