F.I.T. Groups (Fitness In Teams)

There’s power in numbers when you train with a group of 3-8.  Free weights, machines, bands, medicine balls and cardiovascular exercises are all in the mix during these sessions.

Prenatal/Postnatal Training

Speed & Agility Training

Work through drills to increase speed and agility. Jumps, floor ladder drills, power moves and obstacle courses are just a few of the ways your trainer will take you to the next level.

Flexibility Training

Using your body weight or resistance equipment, the trainer will guide you through exercises and stretches to increase flexibility, mobility, and reduce the chance of injury.

Cardiovascular Training

Circuit Training

This training program is designed to take you from one exercise to another with weights, bands, machines, and/or cardio equipment. Working with little to no rest between exercises, it is a full body workout.
