Contest Runs: Thursday, 1/4 – Thursday, 3/1

Sign Up Runs: Thursday, 12/28 at 5am – Tuesday, 1/2, at 9pm

Spring Break is early this year, so the contest is starting much earlier.

Details:

The Biggest Loser is back and it’s all about weight loss this time around!

Participants will join a training group or groups during this contest, but that will not be your “team”.  Instead, participants have the option of setting their own team of 3-6 participants.  They can be in your group, outside your group, independents, or a combination.  Participation in the team competition is optional.  Those not on a team will just compete for the individual prizes.

  • Pick a cost that fits your budget and weight loss goals
  • Train as many times per week that you want
  • Train with who you want (even different Trainers if joining 2 groups)
  • Pick your own team of 3-6 participants or opt to go without a team.

Cost:

  • Independent: $40 (Includes weekly weigh-in’s and eligibility for prizes. No training sessions)
  • 1 Training Session/week.: $140 member/$185 non-member
  • 2 Training Sessions/week: $230 member/$330 non-member

Prizes (Winners based on percent of weight loss) :

  • 1st – $300 towards membership
  • 2nd – $200 towards membership
  • 3rd – $100 towards membership
  • Winning team – $25 towards membership/team member

 Monday

  • David – 5:15am
  • Crystal – 4:30pm (4 Participant Minimum)
  • Jeremy – 5:00pm
  • Sue – 6:00pm

 Wednesday

  • David – 5:15am
  • Ray – 6:00pm
  • Jeremy – 7:00pm

 Saturday

  • Debi – 8:30am Running/Walking Group (6 Participant Minimum)
  • Debi – 9:30am Walking + Floor Sculpting Routine (6 Participant Minimum)

 Sunday

  • Karin – 10:00am (6 Participant Minimum)

Once the contest begins, participants cannot change their group.

Unless otherwise stated, groups have a minimum of 3 participants.

 

 

Holiday Hours

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day – We will be closed, so our staff can be with family. New Year’s Eve – Hours: 7am-Noon New Year’s Day – Hours: 8am-2pm (Special Classes and Child Care Closed) 8:30am – Zumba with Steph 9:30am – Studio Cycle with Christine 10:30am – New Year Boot Camp with David
